  Kerwin Custodio, PT
Kerwin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Fatima University in the Philippines. He has been practicing since 1997 and has a passion for all neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis and vestibular rehabilitation. He has  worked in various major hospitals from Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, TX,  Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano and Baylor Hospital. This  afforded him experience and expertise in treating patients with various orthopedic conditions including rehabilitation of the shoulder, spine, hip, knee or ankle. At home Kerwin enjoys family time watching movies, tending their luscious garden and cooking native Filipino dishes.
Cathy Custodio, PT
Cathy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Fatima University in the Philippines in 1999. She practiced a couple of years before their family of three, then with their son,  moved to the United States. The family had grown to include two daughters both born in Odessa, Texas.  She started her experience at a long term care then to inpatient rehab and now transitioned to outpatient setting. She has worked at various major hospitals, alongside her husband, on the inpatient side including Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, TX, Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano and Baylor Rehabilitation Hospital of Frisco. Her varied experience with the different settings has afforded her a broad expertise in connecting with patients as they are rehabilitated for their neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, major surgical and amputation conditions.
Michelle Wilson
Front Desk Personnel
Michelle Wilson became a licensed massage therapist in 2011 and went on to practice massage for five years including medical massage. She then wanted to move on into more of a office type role but stay in medical world. She enjoys working with people and has over twenty years of office customer service experience prior to her massage career. She and her husband have been married for twenty two years and are both native Texans.
Lori Battaglia
Licensed Massage Therapist
Lori graduated from Ke Kino Massage Academy as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Texas. Her goal as a massage therapist is to meet the patient’s goals related to pain reduction, increased range of motion, general relaxation and 
improved circulation and healing time following surgery.

Wellness Program Coordinator

Leslie graduated from Texas A&M University at Commerce in December 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Performance. She is currently attending Brightwood College to become a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Her goal is to apply for graduate school within the next few years and pursue her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She is compassionate about helping our wellness members achieve their goals through fitness.

Kathleen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Velez College in Cebu, Philippines in March 2017. She has had the opportunity to work with a number of in-patient, out-patient and community-based rehab clients during her 12 months of internship rotation in the Philippines.  She became an Occupational Therapist Registered, Philippines by August 2017. Her next goal is to take her Master’s in Occupational Therapy not only to further her education in OT, but to be able to take the NBCOT and be a licensed OT practitioner here in the U.S. Kathleen’s long term goal is to help and support people from all ages to achieve their most optimum potential and to participate in their everyday life without difficulty.
